Ragebait-taker

Someone who consistently falls for content designed to provoke anger—a reliable source of outrage engagement for platforms and provocateurs. Ragebait-takers are predictable: show them something infuriating, and they'll react. Their anger fuels the internet's attention economy; their comments generate engagement; their outrage is content. They're not just consumers of ragebait; they're part of its production.

Ragebait-taker "She's a serial ragebait-taker—sees something inflammatory and immediately posts a furious reply. She thinks she's fighting injustice; actually, she's generating engagement for the very system she hates. Ragebait-takers keep the outrage machine running. Ragebait

What happens when you manipulate someone's "Mad Spot" and make do something out of spite. Often seen on Social Media where people will say the most fucked up things for people to click on angrily and as a result, the Ragebaiter Wins.

It's also what 75% of Urban Dictionary feels like nowadays; there's some post that offends you intentionally so much you throw your phone/tablet/monitor/television thing off the building. A process Urban won't let me post without defining it as "Ragebait"

Often used by those who never left puberty, or having literally nothing better to do in their sad lives.

Jack was so notorious for his constant ragebait that when he was serious, no one ever knew.

Ragebait

A post made to get people to interact with the video out of anger, which in turn makes the poster money. Common ways to ragebait are acting absolutely idiotic (example: "American is the only language on earth") or saying something everyone disagrees with (example: "Depression is not real." Usually, ragebaiters are trying to sell something, such as an online course. Ragebait is not to be confused with trolling, which is one purely for the poster's own amusement instead of financial profit.

Ragebait

A term originally used to describe a piece of media intended to mislead people and cause them anger, but is today mostly used by annoying gits who are being their annoying selves and saying "dude you fell for ragebait hahaha"

Person 1: "Dude wdym the earth is literally flat?"
Person 2: "Bro what the fuck?"
Person 1: "Chill dude it's just ragebait"
