They will often throw any and every other member of the New York Jets under the bus in order to defend Pennington, even ones who have been playing exceptionally. Penningtologists despise facts, and often ignore them if they do not suit their particular arguement, instead they choose to stick to illogical rhetoric such as 'They would be 0-11 without Pennington' and 'He gives them the best chance to win'.
