Pooptintillion is just a play on words of million, billion, trillion, etc. Its used to overexaggerate or show the ridiculousness in the situation. You can really use any vartion of this word to describe the ridiculous of the amount or time of something.

Farttintillion, Shitassgazzillion, DooDooFartillion are all "examples" of this joke.
