Plibby is referred to as a rich person's dog. These normally come in the form of Labradores, but they also apply to Rottweilers, Dobermans and Chi Chis. The word was founded in Cheshire, by 3 public school boys.

My dad has a couple of plibbies at the country estate.

Pibby Glitch

A post-ironic slang term used to dramatize ordinary situations. It references a 2021 Adult Swim short in which a contagious "glitch" virus spreads across cartoons, transforming characters into grotesque versions of themselves and destroying their worlds. The term persists largely because the short became embedded in children's content, which gave it a reputation as cringeworthy to reference directly.

Pibby

Something that is stupid or cringey. Usually used for donut steels or when someone tries too hard to stand out or be original while also being very generic. Things that are Pibby are frequently called Pibbyshit.

The name comes from the titular character of the binned TV show "Learning with Pibby", which also serves as a great example of pibbyshit.
