Plibby is referred to as a rich person's dog. These normally come in the form of Labradores, but they also apply to Rottweilers, Dobermans and Chi Chis. The word was founded in Cheshire, by 3 public school boys.

Also uses tremendous big words to seem smarter and older than he/she really is.

Belonging to a low social class, or typical of people who belong to a low social class.
