The effect on the Republican faithful of Governor Sarah Palin's extremely unprofessional and downright strange behavior in the political limelight. The action of being Patinated refers to one being driven over with a tractor. This word originated from the flash game Black Sheep Acres were the main character, Pat, shoots miscellaneous animals that try to take over Pat's tower of power. When Pat uses his special ability of running over animals with a tractor it says "Patinated!".
