A clan of Algeria in which the men committed crimes of war, such as manslaughter, peace-tricking and flag-faking and the women sold sensual dances. The Nouicers were strongest during the 1900's, although there are still people, now located all over europe and africa, related to the once fearsome and mighty tribe.

The leader of the fierce Nouicer-clan killed John F. Kennedy, contrary to popular belief.

Norine is a girl that makes you laugh likes there is no tomorrow. She got mad good brows and she don't even try. Her favorite phrase is "I told you so". She's smart and she isn't afraid to admit it. If you have a Norine, make sure you tell her how much you love her, it is too easy to lose a Norine. Norine has a weird sense of humor, she finds Will Smith funny, and jokes about food. She is a meme master. She is a natural born leader. Norine is loyal. She cheers up her friends, and shes never scared to share her opinion about anything. Norine doesn't know how beautiful she really is. You are lucky if you have a Norine.

ghost noting

Ghost noting is sort of like something that happens to your blog which prevents it from really interacting with anyone else on Tumblr.

You can’t reply to people’s posts (including photo reply). When you like people’s posts or follow people’s blogs it doesn’t show up or send them a dashboard notification that you did so. When you send or reply to messages, the person receiving it won’t receive a notification. Also, when you reblog something from someone else, and when someone else reblogs something from you, it doesn’t show up in the notes.

Turkey Nosing

When someone is overdosing on molly on the couch or in the general living room area and can't control their extremities from making involuntary movements, it is common to touch their thumb to their nose and wiggle their fingers; thus looking like there is a turkey on their nose.

Matt: "Hey man, is Casey overdosing on molly again"?

Anthony: "Yeah man, he's turkey nosing big time"
