One of the main characters in the book and musical, Wicked. She is the Wicked Witch of the West's, Elphabas, sister. So, she is the Wicked Witch of the East. You will find in the musical that neither her or her sister are really Wicked, they are just misunderstood. Nessarose loves a munchkin boy named Boq in the musical. In the book and musical, she rules all of Munchkinland after her father dies. Her nickname is Nessa. Her age changes in the musical and in the book. In both of these, she goes to a college in OZ called Shiz University with her sister but in the book she is only 15 as opposed to 18 or 19 in the musical.

Neesa is an absolute angel. The sweetest person to walk this earth. No matter how upset she is she will always be the therapist friend. She's the type who says "ilu" after just meeting someone and will *platonically* mean it. She just radiates the best energy and is a delight to be around.
