Victorian era slang which literally means a whimpering vagina. This can be used as an insult synonymous to whiny bitch, cry-baby, or wussy.

In the 2012 Avengers movie, Loki tells the Black Widow, "This is my bargain, you mewling quim"

It doesn't exist. It's only an immaginary place located between Narnia and Neverland. Some crazy people said they've seen it sonewhere in Italy. In facts, the word has the same steam of Molisn't, that says it doesn't exist. The population is made for 65% by unicorns, killers, Nicky Minaj and Santa Clauses. The resting 35% is made by Napoletans (see terrone). This word is used to talk about nothing or nobody.
