A name "usually" given to a spicy ass Hispanic boy. Most likely has huge ass biceps with sculpted abs and leg muscles. A defined symmetrical face sculpted by God himself. All the girls of all ages drools endlessly over an Alfredo. Even if he was to shave his luscious hair or ruin his perfectly golden tanned skin he'd nevertheless steal the girls.
