a combination of Spanish pronounced, "J"

(jota { ho-tah }) and "R" (ere { err-eh }); often used in reference to a guy who frequently does or says juvenile, backwards, ignorant, questionable, or generally lame things which warrant assigment of a slightly derrogatory, diminuitive title; short form, commonly used is simply, "Jota" { ho-tuh }
Can be used the same as, Jr. (junior)
