Instigator

Someone that encourages escalation of actions, then pretends to be concerned about resolution, compromise, justice, intervention, and other shit like that once something bad does actually happen, they want everybody to love them all of sudden, no matter what they did or who they did or were involved in doing it to (a 7 year old kid, for example).

The girl's family knew she was always an instigator who thought it was funny to escalate bad things to happen, then pretend to be concerned about finding resolution, compromise, intervention, or peace (Hitler also claimed to be concerned about seeking peace). Unlike some people seemed to, they didn't think she was scary to be around, they thought she was more mouthy than anything else.

The instigator was playing all sides, from rabbi to gunman, from developer to landowner/landowning organization, from cop to criminal to unarmed civilian, from black to white, from gay to straight, and from Martin Luther King statue to Confederate statue.

A small explosive object planted into your throat when you enter the fabled prison of "fortress". The object chills in your intestine until you act bad, or go outside the red lines, then it explodes your intestine. This was eventually overcome, because the intestinator was seen to be magnetic, and when gay-rapist prisoner "187" got intestinated, they grabbed his intestinator.

Instigator

Someone that does something like hire and train a bunch of people to interrrupt violence when they know beforehand that it will not only lead to an increase in violence, but it will actually openly antagonize and provoke things that were not there already.

The instigator wanted people to buy her bullshit about wanting to clean up violence by installing violence interrupters.
