The Four Horsemen
Contrary to popular belief, it is not an elite wrestling group nor are they the biblical bringers of the appocolypse. It is a sexual act where you stick four fingers in the anus. The fingers are stuck out as if you were holding up the number four, unlike the arthritic ridden fingers of the wrestling group.

In Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Four Horsemen is the nickname for a group of the most wanted bad guys, who were the main targets. Tbe first one iz Imran Zakhaev, the second one is Khaled Al-Asad, the third one is Zakhaev's son, Victor Zakhaev. The fourth horseman still remains unknown. Some believe that he was the executed president (His execution was watched from first person view), Al-Fulani, because he betrayed them. In the briefings for some missions, a picture of three of them is shown with an "X" over their head, so you can figure out which ones you've eliminated. When you see that photo for the first time, Fourth Horseman's head is already X-ed.

Refers to cybercriminals. The exact meaning changes over time, but generally refers to drug dealers, money launderers, pedophiles, and terrorists. While none of this is new, the term was coinged due to the drastic effects such activity has had on the rights and daily online experiences of regular individuals.
"Thanks to the Four Horsemen of the Infocalypse, the police are now allowed to search my computer whenever they want for whatever reason they want!"
