A Hoe On Call (HOC) is a person (most often, but not exclusively, female) whom receives recurring payments from a client to perform sexual acts upon demand. This is done with a mutual understanding that the two are not in a relationship, but instead are both are in agreement to use one another. A the situation is similar to that of a sugar daddy/baby, but the terms are slightly more specific and less ambiguous. The arrangement is not unlike that of a lawyer on retainer by a client or business.
