n - a cognitive dysfunction which constitutes assuming that all people in one's own group think the same way one does about given/related topics

An adjective used when referring to a person of particular cheapness. Mostly used to describe shoes, taped-up shoes, two different shoes, shoes with toes hanging out the end etc.

Wow, that guy has taped up shoes. He is so hobolicious.
