Durak

A Russian card game that is played with cards 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, and the Ace.
Even though it is derived from Russia the game can be seen played by many Armenians and even Arabs in southern California mainly around Burbank, Glendale, and North Hollywood.

Armenian guy 1: Did you see that crazy durak game going on at GCC today.

Armenian guy 2: Yea, it was insane.

Durango Doug was an imaginary character created by Doug Funnie of Bluffington.

Duran Duran

Kick-ass 80s pop-rock band from Great Britain, that made it to the tops of the charts several times over with hits like "ordinary world", "hungry like the wolf", "new moon on monday", "I dont want your love", and "come undone". Their major run of success and music production lasted from 1981 to the early 90s, when they made a final, major commercial success album.

My favorite Duran Duran song is "Come Undone"

To have a discussion with someone without the other person actually knowing they are part of a conversation.

while I was going about my work, it appears I was being asked about what mountain a co-worker should go skiing at that weekend. I was Duranded and simply answered Loon despite not knowing what we were talking about.

A rampant AI in the Marathon game series. He originally was one of the 3 AI's on the Marathon. His duty was to open doors. With a job like that of course you would go insane.

He is obsessed with escaping the collapse of the universe, and is willing to accomplish this at any cost.

Many theory's surround Durandal, But few are ever confirmed.

He is the only surving AI at the end of the series.
