If someone’s head & mouth are both pretty circular, then they have double acorn face. One with double acorn face can generally be described with a head that is not as tall as most & a mouth that is not as wide as most. This does not correlate with unattractiveness & is just a funny insult to make one insecure of their head & mouth shape.
