A humanoid predator from the uʍop ǝpᴉsdn who can sense blood and in rare cases, specifically the Demogorgon in season 1 of stranger things, have powers such as telekinesis and can open small temporary portals between dimensions. the Demogorgon starts its life as a small, innocent-looking slug, but it soon grows, gaining 4 legs, a flower-like mouth, a bigger body, and then finally, standing upright. During the second to last stage, they are called "Demodogs" due to their pack-like behavior during this stage. The Demogorgon's biggest weakness is heat, due to it being under the control of the dust-based superorganism known as the Mindflayer.
