A Canadian expression that refers to a coffee with two cream and two sugar. Usually associated with Tim Hortons, but the phrase can be used at any restaurant that serves coffee.

The bus driver stopped his full to capacity vehicle, in the middle of a cold day, so he could run into a Tim Hortons to get a double double.
