1. Joe, an awfully shady pizza delivery person, is sent out to deliver pizza to an apartment. When Joe arrives he must climb a flight of stairs to get to the destination apartment. On his way up the flight of steps pizza grease drips onto the stairs without his notice. When joe delivers the pizza he shortchanges his customers. On his way back down the steps he laughs to himself at his extra profit, as he slips on the spilled grease, tumbling to his impending doom. Several witnesses realize his shady activity and see the irony in his actions.
In response, the bystanders laugh uncontrollably, and one exclaimes, "Damn dude, that is some cutty ass shit!"

Bay Area Slang, has many meanings which are ambiguous. The word has a certain feel to it and can describe many situations. Associated with the terms "cutthroat" and "cut" as in "in a cut." Some say it originated in Vallejo, but everyone agrees it originated in the Bay.
As an Adjective:
1) Hidden, Somewhere away from the general view. Usually a "shady" or "sketchy" area, but used in a generally positive sense. In a cut.
2) Used to describe a person who is streetwise and knows many shady or dangerous people.
3) Used to describe a situation in which illegal or immoral activity is happening, but usually with a positive spin
As a noun
1) Reference to a friend or associate.
2) Sometimes refers to pussy, or general action.
3) Can refer to good ass weed that doesn't look like kill.

Vallejo (crest side) term for a friend that is associated in ones group. also spelled "cuddie" (depending upon ones preference) Term can be heard throughout many of the late great Mac Dre's songs, aswell as many other associated rappers in the bay area.
"cutthoat committee", "squares disappear when cuddie's holla yee", "cutthoat soup" "Wut sup cuttie Pass me that radio raheem" ect.
