Coke Toe-Nail

A lengthened toe-nail used to inhale cocaine or other powdery substances.

Pokey was a fancy boy who favored nose candy. In the middle of a footski from Trixie, he demanded a toot of PowerWheels - a new mix of Colombian flake cocaine and bath-tub crank.

Trixie stopped and gracefully delivered the goods via her Coke Toe-Nail. Pokey was instantly greased off his ass.

Coke Nails

When a person has one significantly longer fingernail on one or both hand(s), most often the pinkie nail, which is used for scooping up powder cocaine and snorting it. This is known as doing a bump. The nail becomes the vessel as opposed to needing an item to snort a line of coke through; ie, a straw, rolled up dollar bill, etc...

When someone has at least one abnormally long fingernail (usually the pinky) on each hand. Though it is not usually stated, it is assumed to be a substitution for a straw, rolled-up dollar bill, etc. for snorting cocaine.

When you like to snort cocaine, sometimes you will grow out your pinky nails so you can scoop small amounts of coke out of your baggie. Having coke nails makes doing coke in crowded places much easier.
