n. a girl, particularily of hispanic origin, that wears hoop earrings big enough to fit your arm through, big shirts and really small, tight shorts. a chonga bun is the favorite hairstyle of a chonga. it is when a chonga picks up her hair in a messy heap on the top of her head mostly in the middle. it keeps her hair out of her face. this is mostly used my chongas with curly hair, or hair that has alot of gel in it.
