Chalker

Slang term for a parking enforcement officer/traffic warden.
Wardens will often draw chalk marks on tyres of parked cars to easily see if they move on or not within a specific time-frames.

I'd better get back to the car before that chalker leaves me a love letter (parking ticket)

A chalker is a slur against white people, when you're so white it needs a new slur that you can slap a hard R on. When your dad's dancing is so bad that whatever amount of melanin he has turns to dust and leaves his body.

Serial Chalker

An individual known to frequently portray their thoughts and beliefs on civil structures via the chalk method (usu white chalk).

The ideas known to motivate the serial chalker are the short span of survival of their artwork and slogans, the belief that this inherent quality does not qualify their offense as vandalism, and the ability of the method to target chalkings on random or targeted individuals.

John: Did you see that serial chalker feverishly scrambling to evade the law on Elm last night?
