Cuspcake

That male or female colleague that dresses nicely, grooms nicely but has something awkward about them that keeps them from being attractive. Maybe its a muffin top, maybe its a a stray eye or maybe its a horrible hairline...regardless, they are on the cusp of greatness.

Kelly wore those trendy boots, dressed so nicely, but her eyes were a tad squinty and her pear shape was off putting. At best, she's a cuspcake.
