Broster

A Broster is a bro that tries to be a hipster. Generally they have their pants turned up once, or shorts just above the knee. Not too high. They wear hawaiian shirts and bright neon hats. They call themselves hipsters as well. Typically they are in frats. Brosters are not to be confused with hipsters.

Guy 1: That dude is a total hipster!
Guy 2: Nah man, He's fakin. Definitely a bro turned broster.

There is a new wave of hipster, who is down with Operation Ivy but also is down to throw on his favorite basket ball player's jersey (Ironically, Chicago red bulls Micheal Jordan).
They maybe skating (or road biking) to school in khaki's with over sized gauges and cut off "tap out" sleeveless shirt.

A person with traits similar to both a "bro" and a "hipster." Some of the traits they will assume are a defensive attitude, terrible tastes in music, tv, and music. There cigarette of choice is "Newps." Also there appearance will shift between high sports apparel and standard hipster gear.

Note: Beware, depending on their mood brosters can be very violent when called brosters.
