According to local street artist, "BŒK THE BLUP" is the rallying cry of modern day patriots and police-enthusiasts. This slogan has been immortalized by the illegal street art of convicted rapist Mark "Urb" Urbanski in Tampa, FL, located outside the Tampa Police Department on Madison Street.

The mural has been praised for it's avant garde style, abstract impressionist influences, spelling and legibility, and it's third grade production value.
