On an internet forum, a master baiter is someone who is an expert at starting ''bait threads'', meaning threads that aim to provoke quick responses and arouse emotions in people. Usually this means that the thread topic itself is part of the bait.
John Doe is a master baiter, because he likes to start bait threads that provoke shitloads of reactions from people. His most recent bait thread was called ''Monsanto is not all that bad''.
