They are generally portrayed as an extremely kind person to the point it leaves many people baffled by their existence. They are often shown passive enough to strike up conversation with a stranger who woke them up sneaking into their house like they were invited, accepting enough to not question the existence of any sort of supernatural creature for more than 10 seconds, naïve enough to accept an engagement from someone they just met, to give a few examples.
