An indie folk band formed by musician Conor Oberst of Omaha, Nebraska. It is known and defined for it's sad keys and the raw and emotional vocals of Conor himself. Generally amongst fans he is either hated or revered as a God.

A slang term for a black person or nigger originating in Portsmouth, Virgina. As legend has it, this term originated by someone name "Sparky" or "Spark Plug". These are only rumors at this point.

May also be used singularly like "Bubble" or "Eye".

Look at that Bubble eye standing on the corner.

Used singularly Like:

See that Eye over there.

That was a double Bubble walking down the street. (meaning two blacks or niggers)
