Grown ups who still act as little kids. They tend to be mad when their hungry, and love to do the mickey mouse move, everybody to their house. They are also ashamed of giving hugs to their mothers in public, or they might not even give them hugs.

A state of mind that is in between a "whoosh" (a depressive episode where you can only THINK and not act) and a "boing" (an episode of extreme action but no thought whatsoever, characterized by bouncing and running and saying weird things.) A cheetah baby is the worst mix of the two but usually what happens when someone is experiencing both at once.
