Spot where every few weeks you'll here someone got shot there because of the local Norteños or black gang who run the apartments. These apartments range from hella run down to super rich yet all maintain the same level of crime.

We call street illegal a car, or some "special parts" whitch are not allowed to run in the public streets because either they are powerfull enough or may cause a lot of accidents.
