A small squad (3–50 people) holding it down in a neighborhood, usually running some type of crime—from tagging walls and petty theft to bigger moves. They roll under a shared name, symbols, and history, sometimes repping bigger gangs like the Crips or Bloods. Not always violent, but always claiming their turf.

We call street illegal a car, or some "special parts" whitch are not allowed to run in the public streets because either they are powerfull enough or may cause a lot of accidents.
some Civics are street illegal cause they can reach 10.000 f@cking rpm in about 15 f@cking seconds.Not to talk about the sounds they make at midnights cause these drivers are living with this Quote: If i pay 3$ for every litter of gas..you should hear it all...
