Flamboyant, used when describing a gay person. A gay person isn't always zesty, but a zesty person is usually gay.

Zesty

Used to describe a straight man who is showing features commonly expressed in women or queer men.

In an Instagram post of two young men with fire arms posing in a fashion typically done by women showing off their figure, also while featuring feminine clothes, plenty of the comments described them as the “zesty zappers” do to their intentionally effeminate appearance.
