Also, a name used to call somebody when they act of this behavior.

Normal girl: Hey, did you hear? Johnny Depp is signing autographs in London tomorrow? He's so hot, i might go.

Fangirl: LYK, OMIGOD! I LUV BILL KAULITZ! HE'S MY HUSBAND, AND HE'S GONNA HAVE MY BABIES! I WISH HE KNEW HOW MUCH I LOVED HIM! DID YA KNOW, I HAVE 7400 POSTERS OF HIM! LYK, OMG!

Normal girl: Umm, you don't even know Johnny Depp. Besides, he's taken, and he's too old for you. Stop fantasizing on what your never gonna get.
