A from of payment for goods or services in a mens prison.

It begins by taking a penis in both hands and ramming it down your throat like the contraband substances you almost got busted with last week. When your throat can't take it anymore bend over, lubing up with stolen kitchen grease, and get rammed in the ass till you can't hold back the explosive diarrhea any longer.

Inmate #1 "My mom forgot to put money in my commissary. Can I trade you a Philly Cheesesteak for a few things of ramen and some tuna?"

Inmate #2 "Grab the grease and meet me in the showers after your kitchen duties."
