Republican according to Democrats:
1) always rich and has a hatred for people who aren't
2) always white and racist
3) loves war and is looking to start one
4) for some reason doesn't like abortions (they must be evil)
Republican according to Republicans:
1) people should work hard if they expect to earn money instead of looking to others for money (maybe many rich people are republican because of their work ethic?)
2) the party was started on the basis of abolishing slavery, Southern Democrats were the ones against it
3) of all the wars in America's history, the Civil War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War were all started by Democrats. The Gulf War and the current war are the only ones started by Republicans.
4) are confused by how most liberals are fine with killing 9 month old fetuses but not with killing terrorists or murderers

The opposite of a Democrat. Republicans and Democrats are the 2 political parties in America as of Jan. 8, 2011. Republicans tend to believe the following
-In Christianity (That isn't a bad thing, it's not illegal to have a faith, they aren't stupid for believing in a God)
-Against Abortions (Only time you should get one is if you were raped. If you got drunk and fucked that's your fault)
-Against Welfare, Medicade, Minimum Wage, etc. You should make your own damn money and if you can afford healthcare then you should have every right to get Healthcare.
-That Upper and Middle Class citizens shouldn't be punished by handing over half their money that they made to people that can't get out and atleast try to find a job, and instead their taxes should go to Education and Military
-That in business, and in general that there should be as little government interference as possible

Republican: Why should I give my money away that I made with my own blood and sweat and tears to some ass hole that lives in an apartment and probably just spends it all on cocaine, beer, hookers, and marijuana?!?

1. One who believes in the idea of a republic, literally meaning "Rule of law". In other words, someone who is against mob rule and that society should be governed by laws, and not popular opinion.
2. A member of the Republican Party(GOP). The GOP is a broad coalition of right-leaning ideologies including but not limited to: Economic liberalism, conservatism, paleoconservatism, neoconservativism, laissez-faire capitalism, and libertarianism. Most republicans tend to favor "small government" as opposed to "big government."
Republicans and conservatives tend to favor Equality of Opportunity as opposed to Equality of Result, meaning that people should only be guaranteed the opportunity to succeed, as opposed to the idea that people should be guaranteed success. The golden rule of conservatism is that Freedom should always be placed above Equality, a view also held by anarchists and libertarians.
Some Republican positions:
1. Individual responsibility.
2. Flat tax, no one should have to give more than their fair share.
3. Strong education based on making sure schools do their jobs. Find good teachers, and help bad teachers find new jobs.
4. Low government spending.
5. Little to no gov. intervention in the economy. It can fix itself better than any bureaucratic gov. can.

*NOTE: In referencing to the secession of the South, I want to put out there that I do not believe in slavery. I am a republican and I always will be. Do not give this a thumbs down just because you are a democrat or liberal.
Republicans are people who stand for the right to life. However, those who have no respect for life and feel that they can take a life because of drugs, jealousy, or because they get a sicko impulse to kill, we want you dead.
A republican stands for states rights. Two great examples of state's rights are:
1)In the 1800's, the democrats of congress felt that a state cannot have the right to decide what is legal or not (i.e. slavery). The abolishment of slavery violated state's rights causing the secession of the South. ***NOTE: Again, I personally do not believe in slavery. HOWEVER, I do believe that each individual state has the right to say what is legal and what isn't in that state.
2)The drinking age. The democratic congress pulled a fast one. Congress told the states that if they did not make the drinking age 21, then that state would not get money to fund a highway system in that state.
A republican supports the HARD working man while also supporting the unemployed to get up and work just as hard. They believe that if you work hard to earn your money, you shouldn't be taxed because you do so. As for others people who want government to take care of them, that's fine just get a job so the government won't have to help you anymore.

Having sex doggystyle while both participants are laying down on their side.
Conservatives find regular doggystyle too animalistic or are just flat out too lazy for the position, so they came up with this variation.

Teddy: Oh hey Don, isn't that the chick you fucked last weekend? She's got an ass to die for! I bet you hit it doggy?
Don: Nah man, she didn't like the way my gut was resting on her lower back so I had to hit her in the republican

Republicans are one of two dominant political parties in the United States, and the one that cleaves to generally rightist policies.
Gained support by convincing poor whites that poor blacks benefited disproportionately from aid programs, thus getting a bunch of plutocrats elected to office for the sole purpose of giving tax cuts to the rich.
Also reflexively oppose every policy proposed by a liberal group on principle.
Dislikes government regulation of business. Would rather we have no way to stop businesses with evil intent from abusing us.

One good example (or bad one, depending on how you look at it) of a Republican is George W. Bush.
The Tea Party have about 90% of the time voted for Republicans, so any bullshit about them not being Republican is only so Republicans have scapegoats for the occasional really insane shit they do.
