Long Reach, oh where does one begin? I suppose the beginning would work. Alright so LRHS is a high school in Howard County a.k.a. HoCo. The school was built in 1997 to alleviate over congestion at the local shit hole (Howard High School). The principle is Mr. Burton who's trademark is calling us "Long Reach family" which no one likes because if you're dating someone at the school that's gross incest. Either way, Long Reach High School's claim(s) to fame are probably that hanging behind the school (a non student) and the infamous French Fry Fight. Both events stood to tarnish the otherwise stellar reputation of Long Reach Which brings us to the next issue. Long Reach and fights are not synonymous. There are not that many fights at the school, well no more than at any other school. Long Reach isn't ghetto and only the kids at River Hill High School, who stay high as jet planes, say that it is. Long Reach has a running rivalry with pretty much every other school in Howard County mainly because the other high schools talk down about Long Reach and sully the schools good name. Long Reach was featured in a scene from the movie "Borat" and also sends numerous kids to ivy league schools each year. Bottomline, Long Reach is a pretty good school ranked as one of the best schools in the country, which begs the question: if Long Reach is so bad then what's the worst school in the nation like? Maybe a hole in the wall...or a trash can.

It is often used in place of such phrases as: "Are you coming?", "Are you going\going to make it?", " Are you on your way?" in the interrogitive, and "Come over", "I'll be there", "I'm on the way" etc. in the exclamatory.
It often stands alone as the sole word in an (sms)text message.
Anecdotal evidence could lead one to believe that this unconventional, ambiguous usage of the word was introduced into the urban lexicon by homophobic, adolescent, or twenty-something wiggas, who possibly feared reprisal at the double entendre the words come and coming conjured in their cohorts, friends and\or homies.
Ultimately, and this is just a gut feeling, I believe the aforementioned (admittedly dubious) etymological origin story smacks of the clumsy and often extremely loose and liberal repurposing of words and phrases which have become commonplace in the post-www.\sms era of of the past few decades.
Said slanglish was probably first uttered by one young hip-hop sycophant to a friend, or acquaintance who probably had to ask for clarification as to its contextual meaning. Apparently, it was deemed either sufficiently cool and\or enough of a time\140 character saver when used as a single word in place of an entire sentence, that it managed to gain traction and be thusly co-opted and amalgamated into the lols and imhos of females aged 12-32...ensuring it's inclusion in the Urban Dictionary.

Get the halo reach mug.Reach is a "hack" for Minecraft that modifies the client-side range of the player. Usually, your client-side reach is 3 blocks, but it can be increased up to 6 blocks. Why? (TeChNiCaL tAlK tImE!!!) Well, the server you are connected to treats everyone with a reach of 6 blocks, it's the CLIENT that restricts your reach to 3 blocks. However, client-side reach doesn't restrict the 6 block server-side reach when breaking blocks, which means you can break blocks that are 6 blocks away. The client-side reach only affects click on entities (Other players, mobs, etc.).
Since players that use this "hack" give themselves an unfair advantage towards legit players, reach hacks are bannable on almost all Minecraft servers.

According to darthdoesmc, a Hypixel moderator, typical reach hacks are NOT possible on the Hypixel network because apparently, NoCheatPlus actually blocks all reach that is outside the general Minecraft range.
