Before building Prison Island Nicolas visited the Anti-MaxR age care home for elderly women who don't want to be decapitated, Nick met the love of his life who also happened to be Max's great great great grandmother and his biggest target as she is his oldest living relative as he had already decapitated every other ancient grandmother of his. Nick and Max's great great great grandmother who is 834 years old then got married and built Prison Island together.
