A "Jessie's Girl" is an extremely beautiful girl that you could only fantasize about being with, due to her extreme beauty or popularity and the fact that she probably only hangs out with popular guys, or that she does'nt know you exist.

(Hence the song "Jessie's Girl" by Rick Springfield about a nerd boy loving a beautiful girl but she does'nt know he exists)

Rose is a cheerleader and is extremely beautiful. Nick is average and loves Rose. Rose dose'nt know Nick exists and hangs out with the popular guy. Nick's friend told him that he was "fantasizing about a Jessie's Girl".
