Gold teeth, or caps which originated in Brooklyn/Queens NYC back in the late 70's early 80s. Then B-more picked it up, now the Dirty South is rocking Fronts.

Gold fronts started in NY. Bust the old school spitage:

Risque artists hired by the American Government to counter feelings of rebellion and anger amongst the younger groups of voters. Their compelling music utilizes the angst and feelings of self-worth to herd the youth of our nation into a Liberal Communist agenda.
