Generally considered poor form.

They announced it as an April Fools’ Day joke, but on the wrong day! A total April Foul’s Day.

When a friend or buddy rejects your offer or declines a Freebie due to allergies, dislikes or unfamiliarity to the Freebie.

Joe can't drink the Freebie Chai Latte because he doesn't drink milk, he committed a Freebie Foul.

Mary doesn't like Mexican food, she does not want to eat Mexican for lunch even if you tell her I'll buy, she declines, we shall call that a Freebie Foul.
