The large jiggly things hanging from a woman's chest. Most namely a manly woman with large breasts. Could also be referred to as Boobies, Breasts, Fun Bags, or Tits.

When a woman has such small breasts that they are comparable to the size of testicles. Ergo, a woman with chest testicles has chesticles.
