When your guts hurt like a bitch. (Expecially if your have a food allergy like lactose intolerance etc)

Ugh I ate so much food it gave me a guts ache.

To bitch, moan,& complain loudly.

She bellar-ached all day; because I would not let her go to the pool. His beller-ache was so loud, I told him to stuff it. The child's beller-aching was so terrible that people were leaving the restaurant.
