When someone, tired of the burdensome responsibility of carrying their trash around throws it at their friend or some unsuspecting pedestrian and it makes contact with any part of their body, ownership of the article of garbage becomes the unsuspecting souls property.

Get the Trash Smackmug. Usually a self concerned human with complete disregards anything that doesn't directly affecte themselves. Usually a defendant of or currently a truck driver. They often come with a mullet and or beard. If they aren't living in a trailer it's a house with 7 people people. They are the masters of manipulation and often end up on some sort of government assistant. Disability, food stamps, section 8 housing. This don't not make them white trash. The most determining factor of trash or not is personal character and thought process.
