To smack someone with a cane, especially in the face. An action almost exclusive to old people who rely on such items.

To slap a man/woman hard on the forehead. Works particularly well the balder the recipient is. It is a classic Three Stooges style move.

Niven Slap 

This term is used for a really hard slap on an unpopular kid. When the perpetrator lines up his Niven Slap he usually will do stretches with his hand and arms. The victim can sometimes be left unconscious.
