Get the Vodka Sraczkamug. Vodka downs is what you get when you drink too much vodka. The effect of the vodka will make you act like you have downs syndrome. You will have problems speaking properly, standing up w/o help from friends, get swollen and red eyes and you'll feel sleepy. Basically, you're drunk as fuck.
