Slang for "hemorrhoids".

The other day I had a turd the size of Buick, you would not believe the size of my "meat grapes" after that episode.

I hate it when my "meat grapes" rub the cotton on my undies.

Stuffed Grapes

1. When you stuff your scrotum and balls into the willing mouth of your mate/partner.

2. When your balls are long over due to bust a nut and are loaded and ready to release jizz. Common to suffer from Stuffed Grapes when your lover refuses to put out and renders you with a bad case of blue balls.

Example 1: While performing oral sex, Carl pulled his knob out of Wendy's mouth, laid it on her nose, then commenced to give her some Stuffed Grapes.
Example 2: Carl's wife Wendy was ragging and she would not have sex with him. Carl was suffering from some serious Stuffed Grapes so he finally had to resort to getting himself off with a tug job.
