The desert consists of two soft cookies 'sandwiched' together around a decadent layer of French Vanilla ice cream. The desert embodies a sense of innovation and passion and is typically eaten by those with exquisite taste. Although many have considered even the the idea of the dessert to be horrific, it's creator insists that this is not the case.

Mmmm, this Cookie Sandwich is clearly far superior to many other common deserts including: Nutella on Pizza, and Strawberry Jam with Cheesecake.
