Essentially, they are the “leftovers” or “waste” from drug production that end up being sold or used on the streets — and tragically, they often lead the user straight to their own “dump site,” meaning premature death.
Dump-site drugs often consist of impure substances and are frequently highly toxic to the user. In other words, these substances are made up of ‘waste’ and often lead to the user’s death. Examples include synthetic drugs and fentanyl-laced drugs.
