"Custom" Drum Kit

A slang term for kits made by drum companies that cater to new wave metalcore, christcore and emo bands. These companies like SJC, Shine and Truth are usually exclusively used by teens that are in metalcore boy-bands, that straighten their hair, wear their sisters pants and usually start out playing drums on these thousand dollar kits. It's more of a bragging right, to say you have a "custom" drum kit. Remember kids, always get a 24" bassdrum, a 12" rack tom and a 16" floor tom. One up, two down or die. You will be cool as fucking balls.

Oh, and make sure you make a youtube video about it.

customer disservice department

When a business offers and promises "customer service" but actually has an office meant to disservice the customer and keep them from getting the service they were promised and are entitled to. Often staffed by mexicans since they are good at screwing things up and doing nothing right.

So I bought a new tracfone and tried to switch over my old tracfone's numbers and minutes to it. After a week of dealing with the stupid, lying, incompetent pedros in their customer disservice department I just said "Fuck it". They got me for the new phone, the memory for it and the card, but at least I'm not having them steal more of my life wasting time trying to get it to work anymore.

cusstomer service

Can refer to at least two profanity-in-the-course-of-performing-patron-PR topics:
1. One or more salty-language-uttering shoppers-assistants, or
2. Employee-behavior that's so horrendous that you'd wanna include some "unnecessary adjectives" in the course of indignantly responding to it and/or resentfully describing it to others afterwards.

On should be hesitant to take impressionable little ones into less-than-dignified business establishments where there might be an issue with cusstomer service; think, the infamous "corrupting of young minds" tale of the little girl and the "diamonds-in-the-rough" construction workers.

custom and tradition

(n.) What has been done for a very long time, although rarely recorded. Custom and tradition can often over-rule statute law.

An example of custom and tradition is leaving newspapers outside a newsagents' in the early morning, allowing them to be taken by passers by. The delivery company does not have to change its' ways legally because ti falls under custom and tradition, and this practice dates back to the first instances of newspapers in the western world.
